"Hello, last week I received one of your soy milk makers and I just want to tell you how much I have been enjoying it. I've had soy milk makers in the past, but none of them made the soy milk as smooth and creamy as yours. I think maybe the combination of 4 grinding blades and bottom heating have something to do with it.

"My favorite thing to make is a cocoa soy drink. To a piping hot freshly made 6 cup batch of soy milk I add 7 tablespoons of sucanat (de-hydrated sugar cane juice), 6 tablespoons of organic cocoa powder, and about a 1/4 teaspoon or less of sea salt, then whisk 'til thoroughly mixed. Oh my goodnes! It's absolute heaven.

"Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know I received my
QT400 and made my first batch of hot soymilk, using dry unsoaked beans, just an hour ago.

The flavor, consistency, texture and color of the dry bean soymilk is outstanding with this machine. :-) Tomorrow morning I will use soaked beans, and I expect nothing less than remarkable results.

Of course this is a brand-new machine, I expect some inefficiency to creep in over time. But I hope my QT400 will continue to perform this well for some years to come."
