1. How do I know how much will be added for shipping, insurance and taxes?

Shipping, insurance, and sales taxes are added when you check out. Sales tax will be added for shipments to Colorado addresses. Shipping rates may change at any time without notice. You will see the shipping charges when you check out, before entering payment information.

2. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa credit cards with no surcharge. Your credit card is charged on the same day your order is shipped. We also accept business and personal cashier's checks. Make the check out to Q’Tessence, LLC.

3. If I get a refund, how will I get my money back?

For your protection, credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase.

4. How will my purchases be shipped?

You can choose from a variety of shipping options, including

    • Ground - UPS Home Delivery
    • Air - UPS Express Saver
    • 2 Day - UPS 2Day
    • 1 Day - UPS Standard Overnight

5. Can you ship to my motel or another address?

For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's verified billing address. To expedite your order, if you are shipping to an address different from your credit card billing address, please list the alternate address with your credit card company. Please call your credit card issuer's customer service number listed on the back of your credit card to list the alternate address.

6. What if my shipment arrives damaged?

If merchandise arrives damaged, do not accept the shipment. However, if you do accept the package, make sure the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Q’Tessence immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged merchandise.

7. Do you take international orders?

Currently, Q’Tessence can ship to Canada, Mexico, US possessions, Puerto Rico, and overseas US military addresses. To safeguard our customers from credit card fraud, international shipments may take one or two days more to fill. For other destinations, please contact us.

8. What is your return policy?

All products are covered by our manufacturer's warranty against defects. Request an RMA by sending an email to support or call 1-877-661-9393 during Mountain Standard Time business hours. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, date of purchase and nature of the problem. Your RMA and return instructions will arrive via email within two business days.
